Candle Care
• Give yourself 3-4 hours the first time you burn your candle. What you want is to create a "melt pool" that fills the diameter of the candle. Not doing so causes candle tunneling - you don't want candle tunneling. By burning 3-4 hours the first time, it ensures that your candle burns evenly and for its full life.
• Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4" before every burn.
• Be attentive. Make sure your candle is in a safe area away from kids or pets where it won't catch anything on fire.
Extra Info
• Lark Candles are artisanal candles, which means they are all handmade and poured. Variations in color are completely normal and to be expected.
• "Wet spots" and "frosting" are normal. This means you, in fact, got a soy candle and we aren't lying to you! Wet spots and frosting occur because ship happens, or changes in temperature during the shipping process. We do not replace candles that have wet spots or frosting. Read more about this in our FAQ.
• We do not accept returns for scents that you dislike.
